UPDATE : this bug is fixed in Karmic. This workaround is no longer needed. Thanks Bryce!
Users of GTG using Ubuntu Karmic with an Intel graphic card might have a bad experience with tag colors. That's sad but it's a known bug affecting the Intel driver.
The symptom is simple : when you affect a color to a tag, you don't see the rounded square next to the tags and tasks.

This bug also affects other application (gnome-mastermind, hamster-applet) and there's nothing we could do about this.
If you experience this bug, you can install the latest version of the intel driver, that solves the bug. Simply download and install the following .deb file. You can also add the ppa ppa:xorg-edgers/drivers-only to your sources.
Warning : those updated drivers might be unstable and affect your whole system stability.
If you want this bug to be solved more "cleanly" by a Karmic upgrade, click the "This bug affects me" button on the bug page.

This is fixed now. The fix is in karmic-proposed for testing so karmic users can simply enable that to resolve this problem.
